What we collect on this site

When you fill out our questionnaire, we collect what you choose to share: your name, firm, email, optional phone and office city, and your answers about how your firm works today. If you use the chat on this site, its answers are pre-written and the conversation stays in your browser; we don't store it.

Your questionnaire answers are saved in your own browser while you fill it out, so a refresh doesn't lose your progress. They're cleared once you send it.

How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare for a first call.
• To understand which kinds of firms we're a good fit for.

We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Who else handles it

Questionnaire submissions are delivered to our inbox through a form service. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies or personal profiles. Our site is hosted by a standard web host that keeps routine server logs.

Client work is separate

This page covers the website only. When we work with a firm, how its files and data are handled is set out in that firm's agreement with us, before any setup begins.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what you've sent us, and we'll take care of it. Reach us through the contact page.
